All studs trusses and lofts are on 2 foot centers. We use 7/16x4ftx8ft OSB For our decking and laughs. We use 29 gauge metal for our roof switch have a 25 year limited lifetime warranty with a 25 year Blake and rust resistant warranty on all painted metal. We use galvanized steel rafter ties (hurricane ties) on our trusses. We use 2 inch and 3 inch nails and screws in manufacturing our buildings. We use Sherwin Wiliams exterior super paint which has a limited lifetime warranty (5-7 years standard warranty)
